The Catering Server is responsible for assisting in the proper execution of weddings and high-end social catered events. Work is performed under the general direction of the Event Supervisor, with some latitude for independent judgment. Responsibilities include assisting with the complete setup and breakdown of an event; relaying food and beverage orders; maintaining a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices; anticipating guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations; relaying important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person; and responding urgently and appropriately to any concerns.

The Catering Bartender is responsible for serving a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; including beer, wine, signature cocktails, and mixed drinks for weddings and high-end social catered events. Work is performed under the general direction of the Event Supervisor, with some latitude for independent judgment. Responsibilities include set-up and stock bars as needed; prepare fruit garnishes; open, pour, and serve bottled beer and wine; prepare and serve a collection of standard catering mixed drinks; prepare and serve signature cocktails; communicate with guests regarding drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails; and ensure drinking guests are of legal age and drinking responsibly.

As the Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the setup of events; running the floor including FOH staff tasks; coordinating the food and drink service by liaising with the kitchen and service staff; monitoring the inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture; and tending to guests' requests, questions, and complaints.

The Event Chef position will work out of our main production kitchen as well as on-site at events to prep and produce catering for on and off-premise events; Minimum of 3-5 solid years of experience working off-premise catering; comfortable driving a van or small box truck; ability to organize and execute an event in any kitchen (residential, outdoors, commercial); ability to use hot boxes when no oven is available; must be able to execute recipes and follow kitchen instruction.

The Prep Cook will be responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Responsibilities include organizing and labeling food items in storage closets; performing tasks like chopping ingredients and sanitizing their work station during and after service.

The Warehouse/Operational Support associate is responsible for keeping the warehouse’s inventory organized and neat; making local deliveries while professionally representing the company; working BOH at events as needed; and some light maintenance jobs.
